Project managed offshoring the non-voice customer contacts and IVRs for the Customer Services function at one of the key water and wastewater companies in the South East. This involved outsourcing 50,000 items to be processed per month. | |
Subsequently took on the Supplier Manager role for Customer Services, undertaking the following: – Managed outsourced services – team of 150 agents in India, plus an onshore post/cheque scanning & processing service. – Established an excellent working relationship with the Service Provider that created a stable, robust service and allowed the business to leverage the commercial relationship with them. – Created a scorecard and ran monthly operational review board meetings with the supplier. – Monitored performance and reporting to ensure service credits correctly applied. | |
