- Using APMG and Prosci methodologies to move people through the “change journey” by ensuring the right communication/ engagement/ training/ support is provided, at the right time, in the right way, from the right people.

Lean Six Sigma/ Process Improvement
Utilizing Lean Six Sigma Black Belt methodologies.

- Working with the business to understand process capabilities and identify areas for improvement.
- Mapping As Is and To Be business processes, working closely with SMEs from the business to understand Value add and Non-Value add steps.
- Introducing Lean working techniques and a culture of continuous improvement.
Interim Management
At times of change, businesses often need additional resources to support them whilst processes or structures are transformed. Alternatively there may be a temporary gap whilst a vacancy is being filled. Either way Quomentum can provide an experienced management resource to fill the gap.

- Quomentum’s Director, Sarah Farrant, has twenty years experience in leading teams of all shapes and sizes. She has worked across a number of functional areas including: Business Transformation; Customer Services; Property Services; Communications; Key Accounts; Supplier and Contract management (including offshore teams) and is also an experienced Change Leader.
- Sarah is used to hitting the ground running and coming in to turn around challenging situations where teams may be struggling. This may be due to a variety of different circumstances eg previous high volume of change experienced; frequent team or organisational changes; poor/ missing business processes and even regulatory contraventions.
- She has a can-do, positive and approachable attitude that keeps teams engaged through turbulent times whilst ensuring they remain focused on delivering their objectives.
