Established in 2017, Quomentum Ltd has over 25 years of business knowledge and experience to call on, predominantly across utilities and public sectors. 

We understand the challenges and constraints faced by regulated businesses that often have to perform a balancing act to ensure they keep their regulators, their shareholders and, most importantly, their customers happy.

Leadership & interim management

With over 20 years experience in leading teams of all shapes and sizes, across a variety of business functions including: project delivery; PMO; supplier management; customer services; property services; key account management; communications and business transformation. 

People orientated, with the capability to adapt leadership styles to suit the culture / team/ individual needs, including Lean management. 

Experienced in working closely with Exec level/C-suite stakeholders and managing key suppliers.

Based on the South Coast, Quomentum is a small, flexible business that prides itself on building trusted relationships, doing what it says and delivering results. We are happy to take on short or long term assignments, on a part-time or full-time basis.
