What type of information we have
We usually deal with business clients so only collect and hold a very limited amount of personal data. We do not hold sensitive or special category data.
Any personal data collected and processed will be limited to names, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses and social media URLs.
In addition we may make use of website statistics to understand how the company website is being used, for example which pages are most popular, and how many views it is getting.
How we get the information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you, either by email, phone call or website contact form, for one of the following reasons:
- To provide our products and services.
- To enable us to respond to an enquiry you have made regarding our services.
- To enable us to advise you of the services we can provide that may be relevant to your business.
We may also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:
- Contact details may be obtained from published websites or social media sites, including LinkedIn, to enable us to advise you of the services we can provide that may be relevant to your business.

What we do with the information we have
Your information will only be used for the reasons given above.
Any website statistics collected will not be linked back to individuals or used for profiling.
We do not use website statistics or cookies for marketing purposes.
No personal data will be shared with any third parties.
How we store your information
Your personal data is securely stored in the following ways:
- In tabulated electronic form, held on a private hard drive.
- In a password protected email account on a cloud server.
- Hard copies kept in a locked filing cabinet.
This data will be reviewed on a routine basis to maintain its accuracy.
We will keep our customers’ data for up to 6 years after the customer’s contract has finished.
We will keep all other personal data collected for 3 years from the last contact with the individual or, if no contact, 3 years from when it was collected.
We will then dispose of the information by permanently deleting electronic records and shredding paper records.
The exceptions to this will be any information that remains freely available in the public domain e.g. published on websites or on LinkedIn.
Your data protection rights
Under data protection law, you have rights including:
Your right of access– You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.
Your right to rectification– You have the right to ask us to rectify information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
Your right to erasure– You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances.
Your right to restriction of processing– You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your information in certain circumstances.
Your right to object to processing– You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances, in this case where it is not necessary for performance of a contract.
Your right to data portability– You have the right to ask that we transfer the information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances, where we are not relying on the lawful basis of legitimate interest for processing the data.
You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
